Analysis in your browserExport figuresDraft your manuscript

AI does the busywork. You do the research.

R runs the statistics and draws the figures. AI supports the analysis and the first draft. You focus on the question and what the results mean.

...

Just open a CSV — your data never leaves the browser.

A demo of the RINKO.ai workspace, cycling through loading a CSV, running a Kaplan-Meier analysis, exporting a forest plot and drafting the manuscript. All values shown are fictional demo data.

The problem RINKO.ai solves

From statistical analysis,
to the manuscript you submit.
Never retype a number again.

You copy a number out of your stats software into a plotting tool. You read it off the figure and type it into the manuscript again. Every time, you stop to check whether you got it wrong somewhere. RINKO.ai removes that retyping.

What you can build

Kaplan-Meier Survival Curves

Draws survival curves with the risk table, log-rank test and median survival included. Double-click group or axis labels right on the plot to edit them. Export to PNG (SVG, PDF and 600 DPI on Pro).

Forest Plot & Regression

Supports Cox proportional hazards and logistic regression. Hazard ratios and confidence intervals are shown as a forest plot per subgroup.

CONSORT Flow Diagrams

Build flow diagrams that follow CONSORT 2010. Double-click labels on the figure to edit them in place, multi-arm trials are supported, and vector export keeps every line crisp at any size.

AI-Powered Manuscript Drafting

Writes Methods and Results drafts from your analysis. The AI does not invent numbers — every figure in the generated text is cross-checked against your results, and the verification count is shown.

How we keep it trustworthy

Build submission-ready figures yourself

R runs inside your browser, so you can analyse without writing code. Raw data, including patient information, never leaves your device. Build KM curves, forest plots, Table 1 and flow charts, then export them (PNG free; SVG, PDF, TIFF and 600 DPI on Pro).

Raw data never leaves your device

The numbers are never invented

Methods and Results drafts are written straight from your analysis. The AI reads the hazard ratios, p-values and confidence intervals you produced. It never guesses a number. A full submission package (title page through cover letter) can be generated to match your target journal's guidelines.

Numbers are read from your results

A figure export costs 2 credits. An AI-drafted section costs 20–50.

Updates

  1. Every analysis page now has "✨ Set up with AI": describe the analysis and the time, event, group and confounder columns are assigned for you (KM, Cox, Table 1, change analysis, propensity adjustment). A free local auto-detect handles the common case; the AI steps in only for complex requests.

  2. Double-click any text in your figures to edit it in place. Flow diagrams: every box, title and footnote updates live as you type. KM curves: rewrite group and axis labels right on the plot and redraw in one click — fixing raw "0/1" legends takes seconds. The KM grouping column can now be changed on the page too.

  3. New: AI English labels for Table 1 (Pro). Japanese variable names and category codes (e.g. 性別 1:男性 2:女性) convert to publication-style English (Sex / Male / Female) in one click, applied to every export (Word, Excel, .rko) — and you can switch back anytime. Complete Draft now picks the manuscript language automatically from the target journal's guidelines.

  4. The diagnostic-accuracy suite (ROC, marker comparison, kappa, calibration, Bland-Altman/ICC) now exports publication-ready copies, .rko files and SVG. Detection-limit values (e.g. "<2.0") are now handled consistently across all pages and disclosed automatically in the Table 1 footnote.

  5. Added the AI assist: type what you want to do and it suggests the right feature, opening the screen with columns pre-assigned (catalog search is free; AI suggestions are Pro). Also added design checks (in-browser detection of immortal time bias and more), automatic detection and exclusion of identifier columns, a full "what is sent to AI" preview, and a data-handling page with an ethics-review template.

  6. Table 1 is now study-design aware: RCT and matched designs show an SMD column instead of p-values (with a CONSORT 2010-compliant footnote), and a missing-data column can be added. Cox regression gained model diagnostics (C-index, AIC, EPV warning, proportional-hazards test, overall p for factors) and a pre-specified covariate mode.

  7. Major Adjust expansion: 1:k and with-replacement matching, weight trimming, PS-quintile stratification, PS-as-covariate, variance ratios and PS overlap, weighted logistic (OR), and sensitivity analyses (trimming sensitivity, Rosenbaum bounds, negative controls).

  8. Added Adjust (confounding adjustment): propensity-score IPTW, ATT, overlap weights and 1:1 matching, balance diagnostics (love plot, adjusted Table 1), adjusted KM / CIF curves and E-values — all in in-browser R.

  9. Added Complete Draft, with submission guidelines for 39 journals preset.

  10. Added the STROBE check (beta). The AI reviews whether your manuscript follows the guideline.

  11. Added Flow Chart. Build diagrams that follow CONSORT and STROBE.

  12. RINKO.ai is now generally available. Statistical analysis through manuscript drafting in a single tool.
