Credits pay for downloading and exporting your results (2 credits each). Buying credits does not change your plan. Purchased credits never expire.
⚠️ On the Free plan, AI drafting, AI analysis setup, AI Visual Abstract generation and 600 DPI export remain unavailable. Those are Pro-only features and adding credits does not unlock them.
* How many downloads you get depends on your credit balance (2 credits each): up to 250/month on Pro's 500 credits, 5/month on Free's 10. Credits also pay for AI drafting and AI analysis setup, charged by tokens used.
Receipts / invoices (PDF) can be downloaded any time after payment from Settings → Payment method & receipts (billing name and address editable there). Contact us for quotes or bank-transfer invoicing.
