- Prices shown in JPY are tax-inclusive totals; no additional consumption tax is added at checkout. JPY is the default for customers in Japan and USD elsewhere; you can choose your billing currency on the pricing page. If you pay in USD, the amount charged in your local currency depends on your card issuer's exchange rate at the time of payment.
- About credit packs
- Credits pay for downloading and exporting your results (2 credits per download). On the Pro plan they also pay for AI features (AI drafting, AI analysis setup, AI Visual Abstract generation), charged by the number of tokens processed. Buying credits does not change your plan: those AI features and 600 DPI export are Pro-only and remain unavailable on the Free plan regardless of credit balance. Purchased credits do not expire; credits granted monthly under a plan expire 12 months after they are granted.
- Additional costs
- Internet connection charges, and any foreign-exchange or international transaction fees charged by your card issuer, are the customer's responsibility.
- Payment method
- Credit card (processed by Stripe, Inc.)
- Payment timing
- Subscriptions are charged at sign-up and then automatically on each renewal date (monthly or yearly). Credit packs are charged once at the time of purchase.
- Service delivery
- Immediately after payment is completed. Credits are granted immediately after payment.
- Cancellation
- You may cancel at any time from Settings → Plan & Billing, or from the payment management screen. Paid features remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for; the account moves to the free plan the following day.
- Refunds
- This is a digital service. Fees and credits already paid are generally non-refundable, including pro-rata, except in the cases set out in Article 8 of the Terms of Service (for example, where we were unable to provide the service due to our own fault).
- System requirements
- Current versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari or Firefox on desktop. Statistical analysis runs inside the browser, so a machine with adequate memory is recommended.
