  3. The Company may suspend accounts if unauthorized use is suspected.

Article 3 (Service Content / Local-First)

  1. The Service provides statistical analysis, figure generation, AI-assisted drafting, project management, and other features. The Company strives to provide reasonable service but does not guarantee complete or uninterrupted operation.

  3. The Company may modify, add, or discontinue Service features without prior notice.
  4. The Service may contain bugs, errors, or defects. The Company strives to fix these but does not guarantee immediate correction.

Article 4 (User Data Rights and Responsibilities)

  1. Rights to user data input, uploaded, or created through the Service belong to the user.
  2. The Company may process user data as necessary for service provision, improvement, and fraud prevention (per Privacy Policy).
  3. Users warrant that their data does not infringe third-party rights and complies with applicable laws, contracts, and consents.
  4. Users bear full responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of their data. The Company is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect, incomplete, or improperly formatted data.
  5. The Company is not liable for data loss, corruption, or leakage except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Users are responsible for backing up important data.

Article 5 (AI Features)(Important)

5.1 No Warranty

AI features are provided without any warranty. AI features generate text and code probabilistically. The Company does not guarantee that outputs are accurate, factual, consistent with current medical knowledge, or suitable for user purposes.

5.2 Bugs, Errors, and Hallucinations

AI features may contain bugs, errors, or unexpected behavior. AI may produce "hallucinations" (plausible but false outputs), including non-existent data, incorrect statistics, or fabricated citations. The Company is not liable for these issues.

5.3 User Verification Obligation

Users must verify and correct all AI-generated outputs at their own responsibility. Users are obligated to verify statistical interpretations, Methods descriptions, draft text, numbers, and citations against original data and reliable primary sources. The Company is not liable for damages resulting from failure to verify.

5.4 Rights Infringement Verification

Users are responsible for verifying that AI outputs do not infringe third-party copyrights or existing publications. The Company is not liable for rights infringement arising from use of AI outputs.

5.5 External Transmission

When using AI features, input content may be transmitted in whole or in part to the Company or external AI providers. Transmission destinations may be outside Japan. See Privacy Policy for details.

5.6 Handling of Sensitive Information

Users must not transmit sensitive information (patient identifiers, etc.) to AI, or must minimize such transmission. Sensitive information includes but is not limited to: names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, patient IDs, facial photographs, and information that can identify individuals when combined with dates. Even anonymized data may carry re-identification risks; minimize data transmission. The Company is not liable for issues arising from transmission of sensitive information.

5.7 Consequences of Using AI Outputs

The Company is not liable for any damages resulting from use of AI outputs (including but not limited to: paper corrections/retractions, negative impact on research results, reputational damage, and other damages).

Article 6 (Prohibited Activities)

Users must not engage in the following:

  • Activities that violate laws or public order/morals
  • Infringement of Service, Company, or third-party rights (copyright, privacy, etc.)

  2. Credits are required for certain features (export, AI execution, etc.). Consumption varies by feature and is displayed on screen or communicated by the Company.
  3. Credits are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable (except as required by law).
  4. Credit Validity: Credits expire 12 months from the date of grant. Unused credits automatically expire and cannot be refunded or restored.
  5. Credits After Cancellation: After cancellation, plan features and credits remain available until the end of the billing period. After that, remaining credits can only be used for features available in the free plan, and expiration rules continue to apply. The Company may set reasonable usage limits for fraud prevention and load management.
  6. The Company may modify credit design (grant amounts, consumption, limits, etc.) within reasonable scope. Material changes (changes of 30% or more to grant/consumption amounts, or material changes to major feature conditions) will be announced at least 14 days in advance.

Article 8 (Payment, Renewal, Cancellation, Refunds)

8.1 Payment Method

Payment for paid plans is made through the designated payment processor (Stripe). Payment processing is handled by Stripe, and payment success/failure, statement display, and refund processing timing may depend on Stripe and card company processing.

8.2 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled by the user.

8.3 Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel paid plans at any time through account settings. Even after cancellation, paid features remain available until the end of the billing period. The account automatically transitions to the free plan the day after the billing period ends.

8.4 Refunds and Credit Returns

Article 11 (Disclaimers and Warranty Exclusion)(Important)

11.1 No Warranty

The Service is provided "AS IS" without any warranty, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, reliability, or any other warranty. The Company does not guarantee that the Service will always be available, bug-free, produce accurate outputs, or meet user expectations.

These provisions apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

11.2 Analysis and Calculation Results Disclaimer

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, validity, or completeness of statistical analysis results, calculations, graphs, tables, AI-generated text, or other outputs ("Outputs"). Outputs may contain errors, defects, or unintended results.

If users clear browser cache/history or change browsers/devices, stored data will be permanently lost. The Company has no obligation to provide backup for device-stored data and is not liable for data loss. Please regularly export important data as CSV or RKO files and save to external media.
